Marcus Garvey

Marcus Mosiah Garvey Jr. was a Jamaican political activist, publisher, journalist, and orator. He was the founder of the Universal Negro Improvement Association (UNIA) and a champion of the Pan-Africanism and Black Nationalism movements. His philosophy inspired generations of civil rights leaders across the diaspora.
